The main challenge when it came to the design of these residences was their small size, a common issue for New York apartments. The decision was made to keep the décor minimalistic and unobtrusive in order to maximize every inch of the available space.
 

Despite the small size of the apartments, the target demographic here is one that expects a high standard of living. Therefore, the six units were elegantly designed and finished to the highest standard. I prioritized the living space over the kitchen as the target demographic was more likely to make use of the space for hosting guests than for home cooking.
